Deepika Bajaj is the Co-Founder of ActiveGarage and Founder of Invincibelle. She is a recognized leader, speaker and award-winning entrepreneur. She has been featured in magazines, radio and video interviews, and television spotlights in top-tier outlets such as WE magazine, FOX and SmartBrief.

She has worked as Sr. Accounts Director of Working Mother Media (a Bonnier company), and was responsible for meeting sales targets and building alliances in a highly competitive industry. Also, her experiences include roles in Sales and Marketing in online gaming industry with her work at Tapjoy (virtual currency monetization), 360ep (client AOL online games) and Sony. She is passionate about digital media, diversity and internet technologies.

Deepika is an author.Her first book is called "DiversityTweet: embracing growing diversity in our world".She has also published an eBook called PINK and Grow Rich that speaks of 11 UNREASONABLE RULES of success.The third one (yet to be named) speaks to her experiences of being a global citizen and what is shaping the new voice of youth.

She blogs at www.deepikabajaj.com and writes a column on social media for ActiveGarage. She recently launched a radio show called Cricket On Air which aims to premier cricket show in US.

Deepika holds a degree in Engineering from Bangalore University and an MBA in Marketing from Fordham University, New York. She is an honorary member of Phi Kappa Phi and Beta Gamma Sigma.
