Kenneth Roberts is the founder, strategist, and principal consultant @ Perpejulant Consultants Association, LLC. He created the “Theory of Perpejulance”, which applies behavioral, environmental, performance impetus, and personal application into an intuitive model of generating high performance. Kenneth  is the author of a high performance game changing book entitled “Beyond Knowing – Transforming Perspectives to Generate High Performance”, which focuses on generating personal and organizational performance. Kenneth completed his advanced graduate studies @ Capella University, in Minneapolis, Minnesota in the School of Education, specializing in Learning and Performance Improvement. His research is focused on learning strategies and performance interventions designed to close learning and performance gaps in academic as well as the private sector. Soon to be Dr. Roberts, Kenneth has developed several performance improvement models, namely his proprietary “Perpejulant Performance Ecosystem (PPE)”, from which he drives and delivers Perpejulant Consulting support services. The performance ecosystem consists of seven core segments.  This (PPE) model enables companies to go from good to great.

Kenneth earned a Global MBA from National University, with an emphasis in Organizational Development, and acquired an executive certification in “Innovative Leadership”, from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Having worked for companies like IBM, Xerox Corporation, CITI, Bell & Howell, and Hewlett-Packard in a variety of marketing, consulting, business development, global sales operations, and organizational development assignments, Kenneth brings a breath of knowledge and industry experience into every one of his client engagements.
